• Assists students and teachers within the Hospitality and Tourism Pathway with uniform check-out, program fees, pathway emails, ordering supplies and ingredients for ProStart classes.
• Manages scheduling using Toast POS and Sling Scheduling integration for the CCICafé, a student-run café featuring an espresso machine and hot to-order food twice a week; created educational videos on how to operate the espresso machine and create various drinks.
• Creates a monthly Hospitality Newsletter containing program updates, a featured industry partner, upcoming opportunities/field trips, a hospitality alumni feature, the recipe of the month, pictures, and more. Oversees social media pages and checks for media release forms for students in photos.
